Full disclosure: I like pink houses. Even "ugly" ones. However, this pink shell contains the oldest house in St Johns, maybe in Portland. The core was built in at least 1877, and possibly in the 1850's. A developer is tearing it down as soon as he can get the equipment in place (and no, not to build remotely affordable housing either). The only chance for on-site research will be to get a drone or two hovering over it during the demo.
